Provar and FourOneOne LLC Founder Sara Dandan; who holds both Ocean Freight Forwarder and NVOCC Licenses, is admitted to General Practice before the Federal Maritime Commission, and brings decades of practical experience in ocean freight shipping, supply chain, and maritime law and shipping regulations. What Does Dispute Management Entail?
Dispute submission and management on your behalf is at the Carrier level. For any Small Complaint or Formal Complaint cases before the Federal Maritime Commission, including Charge Complaints, a separate and hourly fee-based agreement will have to be signed and agreed upon in order for FourOneOne LLC to be able to represent you or your company.
